Adjusting to life as a new mum was hard enough without having to lug around a big bulky baby bag that I hated. I couldn’t find a small bag that just held what I actually needed at an affordable price so I decided to create my own so I could share them with you all. From a quick trip to the supermarket to coffee with friends, I hope you love this bag as much as I do.

  • Yes! Free shipping for orders all orders anywhere within New Zealand. $15 flat rate shipping applies for orders to Australia.

  • All orders will be processed and despatched with 48 hours of receipt.

    In New Zealand you should receive your package within 2-3 business days for free shipping.

    Express orders are sent by overnight courier.

    For Australian orders please allow up to 10 business days.

  • Orders shipped outside of New Zealand may incur duties and taxes.

    You are liable for all duties, customs, and sales taxes based on the requirements of the country where the order is being sent. Upon arrival, a separate payment may be required to release your order. Ava Rose is not responsible for the payment of this duty.

  • We want you to love your Ava Rose item. We understand however that sometimes your order might not be what you wanted so we will gladly exchange your item/s, where the products are in the same new, unused, undamaged condition with all original packaging within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • In the unlikely event your item has a fault, please contact us immediately, or within six months of purchase so we can arrange a repair or exchange the item.

    Please note, normal wear and tear is not considered a fault. We are unable to refund or exchange products that are faulty due to misuse or not related to the manufacture of the item.

    We will not cover shipping costs or provide a refund for items that are found to be damaged due to wear and tear or misuse.
